Youth Support
One Stop Talk
Virtual counselling for youth through online chat or phone.
WES for Youth Online
Free e-counselling for youth aged 13–24, including live chat (scheduled), messaging, phone, and video counselling.
Free Therapy Support
Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP)
Online or phone-based CBT for depression, anxiety, and stress, with options for self-guided therapy, coaching, or intensive clinician-led sessions. Referral Process: You’ll just need a referral from a family physician, nurse practitioner, or psychiatrist.

Traumatic Stress Clinic
In-person or virtual care for PTSD, including assessments and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) in a supportive environment.
