Free Therapy Support

Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP)

Online or phone-based CBT for depression, anxiety, and stress, with options for self-guided therapy, coaching, or intensive clinician-led sessions.
Referral Process: You’ll just need a referral from a family physician, nurse practitioner, or psychiatrist.

Traumatic Stress Clinic
