Overthinking: Social Anxiety

I found this video to be helpful in those moments when I am asking myself “Why did I say that?” “Did I offend them?” “Do they hate me now?”

Social Anxiety is fuelled by underlying beliefs like:

  • I must be perfect to be accepted

  • I must never make anyone else uncomfortable

  • I must never make a mistake in front of another person

  • I must never be weird
