Discover your natural rhythm through the lens of the lunar cycle and feel more deeply connected to your true nature. Practicing yoga alongside the moon attunes us to cyclical time and connects us to the present moment.
It is in this way that we may support a regulated nervous system; allowing us to experience a sense of inner calm and ease within the body as well as stillness of the mind. Overtime this practice fosters a deeper connection with self, allowing us to take our practice of off the mat and into our lives to experience more ease, and flow with the ever changing seasons of our lives.

As a yoga teacher, meditation guide, and nature connection mentor; Danielle holds space for women who are transforming their lives, guiding them on the path of spiritual growth and self discovery, inspiring reconnection with their true nature.
Danielle travelled to Guatemala to receive her yoga teacher training and has held a devoted spiritual practice for 7+ years. She is a mom to three teenagers, a wildcrafter of flower essence and devotee of the moon.
Danielle believes when we reconnect to cyclical time; by way of following the lunar cycle, and developing a living relationship with nature, we enliven a life of reverence for the unfolding beauty of our lives, connecting with our creative gifts and weathering the changes with more joy and ease.
Danielle is also the mother of a burn survivor, giving back to the burn community is very close to her heart.
