Please note, this event is for ages 16 and up. Each person attending must fill out this form individually, thank you!

Connect with fellow members of the burn community, discover valuable resources, and recognize that you are not alone in your journey of coping. Engage with speakers, partake in activities, enjoy refreshments, and explore additional offerings at the event. All proceeds go directly towards funding this event.

Early Bird Ticket Prices

$40 - Burn Survivor Pass

$50 - General Pass
